The My Bob Shop section helps you manage your buying and selling activity on Bob Shop. You need to be a registered user in order to make use of the ‘My Bob Shop’ function. The ‘My Bob Shop’ link can be found at the top of all pages in the navigation bar. Once you’ve navigated to this page, you can choose to view either your buying or selling activity.
You are able to update and/or change your personal details in the ‘My Bob Shop’ section, including your email address, password and address details.
You are able to view a breakdown of all the live auctions that you are either winning or losing. You are able to view items in your shopping cart as well as items that you are tracking. If you have saved any searches you ran for a particular item, a list of those searches can be viewed here. A view of all the questions you have recently had answered by sellers and all the questions you have posted can be seen here.
Under the purchases column, you are able to view a breakdown of all the items you have bought in the last two weeks, or to date. You are able to see all the classifieds that you have responded to as well as recent sellers that you have bought from who still require ratings from you. If you have used the online payment function to purchase your items, you can also view a breakdown of all online payments you have made in this section. A listing of pending and completed SNC’s (Sale Not Complete) can be seen in this section as well.
